Training

ViXEN Software Solutions offer a comprehensive training system covering all aspects of the VIXEN suite. Courses are tailored to the specific needs of the trainee or, alternatively, can be aimed towards a general role within the client company.

Courses are offered on a one-to-one, group or classroom-style basis, depending upon the preference of the customer. Intended to provide a comprehensive but flexible training schedule, courses are broken into four types:

Walkthrough - providing an overview of a module and its functionality, focusing on integration and scope of operation. These sessions will also help to establish ownership of activities and define business procedures.

Configuration - following on from a Walkthrough, these sessions provide valuable assistance in the formation of static date and parameters in order to maximize the benefits of the ViXEN system.

Operational - taking the training down to "entry level," to cover the programs and functions required for the day to day running of the company. These courses are generally tailored for specific roles within the client's business.

Workshop - providing a chance to expand on previous training, to cover the specifics of a program, available analysis or simply serving as a refresher course on individual functions.

Course Locations

All courses and workshops are available on-site or at either of the ViXEN Software Solutions Southern or Midlands offices - Coleshill, near Birmingham or Alton, Hampshire.
