forms (eg CP12 - Landlord's Gas
Safety Certificate) from on-site, saving 'paper-chasing' and automatically updating site records. eForms can be completed
on-site using pre-set forms on the
engineer's PDA, with auto-fill,
mandatory fields, drop down lists
and electroinc signatures. This
important facility speeds the return
of job details, in turn speeding
client invoicing and helping to
improve cash flow.
eTimesheets simplify the return of the worked
hours information essential to invoicing
and payroll processing. An authorisation
process is built in to the system
(with flexibility to suit your prefered
working practice) and, in conjunction
with Vehicle Tracking, exception reports
can be created automatically to assist
management in verifying submissions.
eRequisitions enables engineers to submit
purchase order requisitions to the
office from on-site (or even direct
to the supplier, if agreed). The
process keeps engineers informed of
the order's progress through to delivery,
and allows for the return of an electronic delivery
note to speed Actual Cost
postings and invoicing.
eVan Stocks help to improve First Fix rates and
facilitate purchase ordering by enabling engineers to record which materials they have used and request restocking, either from stores or direct from the supplier, where arranged.
