Vixensoft & ELECSA automate Part P certification

Vixensoft is now including automatic Part P form submission as part of its M&E mobile solution and ELECSA have immediately linked to the facility, recognising the advantage offered to its registered users.

Intended to reduce data inputting, paperwork and postage costs, the new ViXEN Auto-Cert facility is capable of completing seamless engineer-to-authorisation body certification in an electronic, paperless process. The move, which will also speed the certification itself, is a major new time and cost saver for electrical contractors and maintenance providers, until now required to manually re-key, email, fax or post forms.

The new Part P facility is available within the specialist building service & maintenance solution, Avixsys, or ViXEN Mobile, the integrated mobile solutions. While the facility is currently only available for ELECSA registered users, discussions continue with other leading certification bodies.

ViXEN's mobile solution has been designed specifically for contractors and field service and maintenance providers. Alongside the recognised time-saving advantages of a standard mobile solution, ViXEN Mobile also offers industry-specific benefits, such as remote completion of job and time sheets, electronically signed forms, tracking, job progress and stock updates.
