Inspace Partnerships
continues to deliver with Vixensoft
Inspace Partnerships, the Local Authority and Housing
Association maintenance division of the Inspace Group, has
now implemented ViXEN systems at fourteen
different client sites.

| Providing services including planned, cyclical
and responsive repairs, Decent Homes improvement works and
regeneration schemes, Inspace Partnerships originally looked
to Vixensoft to provide an integrated mobile data solution
for their existing contracts with four Local Authorities.
Vixensoft’s successful implementation led Inspace Partnerships
to award them five further Partnerships contracts and the
relationship continues. |

Inspace Plc, said “It is a basic premise of our business
that Inspace Partnerships uses a standard software solution
to provide a highly stable service to all of its clients.
Our central ViXEN system is used in nine different client
sites, and was chosen because it is written to industry
standards in proven programming languages and runs on a
reliable operating system platform (in our case, HP-UX).
All Inspace contracts use the same version of the software,
with the ability to meet specific client requirements provided
through enabling or disabling optional system functionality.
Software failures are very rare and in the past two years
the only major system interruptions have been due to network
failures. The system is able to recover from infrastructure
failures with little or no supplier intervention. |

Management reporting is essential to us and we
utilise a database enquirer to interrogate information within
Vixen. This allows us to extract any information within an
individual field into Microsoft Excel/Pivot Tables, etc. All
management information can then be represented within tables
or graphically. |
The system is very flexible and
allows us to monitor performance accurately and simply in
a very visual format, with reports able to be developed
to suit every client. Operationally and financially we believe
that ViXEN offers a robust and reliable platform for our
business and our customers. We place the greatest importance
upon deliveries that do not impact upon our clients' business,
and believe that Vixensoft shares that philosophy.”
